Specimen Fee Schedule

$235 to $300 per hour depending on matter and expert chosen, plus actual out-of-pocket expenses for travel (within the state of New Jersey, New York City and Philadelphia), postage, tolls, parking, long distance phone charges, etc. Travel outside of  New Jersey, New York City and Philadelphia will be negotiated separately.

$25. per hour, minimum, for contracted clerical work

$.50 per page for each FAX page sent.
$ .10 per photocopy or printed (black and white), including received faxes.

Automobile mileage charged at the prevailing IRS rate per mile.

Appearances at depositions and trial will be billed at the usual hourly rate.

Invoices will be presented monthly. Payment is expected within 30 days of billing. Amounts outstanding beyond 60 days will incur a 1% per month late charge. If any amounts are outstanding beyond 90 days, our services will terminate without further notice.

A signed engagement letter and retainer are required prior to commencement of any work.
